The structure for contributions and charges are the same at all public schools.
Families will be advised prior to the start of each school year as to the maximum contribution and charges that could be applied.
Voluntary Contributions are $235 per year and are used to purchase textbooks, materials and other resources used by students in their everyday classes to help enrich the programs delivered.
In addition to the voluntary contributions, charges are applied for optional activities such as excursions, academies, competitions, camps etc. Charges will only be applied to students who choose to participate, therefore total costs cannot be calculated for each student until the excursion or activity occurs.
The final cost of charges is always kept to a minimum to ensure students are able to participate.
For optional activities, parental permission, and payment, is sought prior to the activity being undertaken.
